ARKLIT ("Service") processes personal information for the following purposes. Collected personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below. If the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be taken in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Korea.

Member registration and management (identity verification, age confirmation)
Service provision (AI character chat, visual novel, content generation)
Paid services (payment processing, subscription and coin management)
Customer support, complaint handling, and dispute resolution
Service improvement, new feature development, and statistical analysis
Prevention of fraudulent use and content safety management

Article 2. Personal Information Collected

Information collected during service use: email address, password, display name, social account identifier, payment information (processed via TossPayments/Apple/Google)
Automatically collected information: IP address, cookies, service usage logs, device information (device identifier, OS, browser), AI conversation content (for service quality improvement)

ARKLIT processes and retains personal information within the retention period required by law or agreed upon by the data subject.

Article 6. Destruction of Personal Information

ARKLIT promptly destroys personal information when it is no longer needed. Electronic files are permanently deleted using irreversible methods. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
