Frequently asked questions

I purchased coins but my balance didn’t update.

Fully quit and relaunch the app. Pending purchases are usually recovered automatically. If the coins still don’t arrive, email us with your receipt and we’ll fix it.

I get an error when trying to pay.

Restart your device, make sure you are signed in to the App Store or Google Play, and try again. If the error persists, send us a screenshot of the receipt by email.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Payments and subscriptions. You can cancel at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings > Delete account in the app for instant deletion. Or email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete it within 7 days.

In-app purchases follow each store’s refund policy. Please request refunds through the store you paid with.
